Leveraged OpenAI’s GPT-4 model to pioneer business critical AI features, such as AI Assist writer and Magical AI Smart Replies, driving installs and user engagement.
Mentored interns as well as intermediate programmers on best practices, workflow improvements, and debugging.
Planned, estimated and executed on a complete overhaul of the user referral process, integrating against external services and introducing new engineering practices, doubling our outbound conversion rate.

Developed and pitched a software project, doing market research, producing a slide deck and investigating technology choices, such as Unity.
Ran and organized the “Dev Rend-crew” an internal committee dedicated to assisting in developing developer cultural norms and practices as well as scheduling regular tech talks.
Focused on fostering psychological safety within teams and improving team collaboration by pro-actively developing team culture through regular rituals, such as coffee chat, many practices of which are now used on the majority of teams.
