I was brought on by an early stage startup in the live streaming space as a lead full-stack developer.

My role was leading development on four different projects: A Media Server, an API in Laravel PHP, a chat server in Node.js and a frontend web client written using the MEAN stack.

I was in charge of managing AWS and ensuring the entire platform was scalable, providing fast and efficient platform updates and deployments.

I also wrote and maintained all the API documentation for the clients.

In the span of four months, with a lot of 12 hour days and coffee, the team and I managed to release on schedule.

As the summer came to a close, we were rewarded for our effort with a $2.5 Million acquisition offer for the platform.

As a side project during my 3rd year at university, I worked with a team of students building a customizable healthy meal delivery service.

Over four months, I worked with the team and rewrote the web platform in Rails which included a custom ordering and checkout processes.
