### Lead Frontend Software Engineer @ Conquer

• Designed style guide for javascript/typescript projects for the team to follow which made code easier to read, understand and maintain in the long run
• Enforced style guide before code is merged into release branches to keep the high code standards
• Worked with QA/DevOps team to stage code and created release requirement documents following the process to release corresponding code
• Organized and led TRD discussions to ultimately reflect back on capacity to ensure that all the deadlines and deliverables are being met
• Followed up with the team members to ensure deliverables ship on time and brought up blockers in the weekly roadmap meetings 
• Created highly detailed JIRA tickets coming out of the weekly roadmap meetings
