# Fabienne Jach Snyder > Visual Designer. Co-Founder of Orenna. Location: Oakland, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/fabiennejachsnyder I'm a modern-day Renaissance woman. I have experience in design, production, art direction, and most recently, project management. My love of design and psychology, and my fascination with how humans respond to the world around them has made for a very rewarding career. I specialize in branding and packaging for consumer product goods. I have experience working with all cross-functional teams within organizations such as marketing, sales, and R&D to conduct market research, perform competitive product analysis, and implement programs. I’m well-versed in rolling out data and strategy across creative to internal talent, agency partners, and vendors in order to deliver products that can successfully meet the needs of both the customer and the consumer at launch. I’m driven by curiosity, beauty, and creative problem-solving, and experience the most joy when I’m able to implement all three in my life. ## Work Experience ### Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer @ Orenna Jan 2025 – Present | United States Co-founded Orenna to make water restoration verification infrastructure clear, intuitive, and accessible. I lead visual communication, UI/UX design, and content strategy—translating complex technical workflows into interfaces that restoration practitioners, verifiers, and corporate buyers can actually use. With decades of design, production, and creative direction experience, I bring a problem-solver's mindset to environmental technology. My background spans consumer brands at top design firms, but this work connects directly to what matters most: clean water, healthy ecosystems, and credible environmental claims. ### Production & Project Manager @ Chase Design Group Jan 2024 – Present | United States ### Life Coach @ Dreaming Tree Life Coaching Jan 2019 – Jan 2025 | East Bay, CA I help people navigate challenges and transitions through collaborative, reflective, and realistic coaching. Through the years, I maintained a style blog designed to help women tap into their hearts and self-worth by inspiring them through personal anecdotes and observations. I’ve dedicated my spare time to teaching and mentoring young people, I’ve participated in beach and city clean-ups, trail restoration, and volunteered to help the homeless community. I’ve always been that person that people tell their stories to. I think it shows that I like to listen, that I care, and that I don’t pass judgment. Simply put, I get people because I like people. ### Director of Production @ Enlisted Design Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | Oakland, CA My role as Director of Production was to ensure a seamless transition from design intent to final printed product. I was responsible for creating schedules and processes so that best practices were in place for every file created or modified. I reviewed all final files scheduled for release for design intent, style consistency and technical proficiency, and I worked closely with outside vendors to produce files that would print as intended. I lent my award-winning design experience by assisting with line extensions, as well as reviewing files for visual balance and aesthetics. As part of the Leadership Team, I participated regularly in brainstorming and forward-thinking sessions that continued to elevate what Enlisted could bring to the table.
