The proyect spanned 3 years, culminating in the rollout of a game changing view of users ecosystem into one cohesive product that had an amazing welcome from users.
The process involved user research, product benchmark, internal and cross team collaboration between a tribe of over 20 designers and an army of over 180 devs from around the world.
This massive undertaking was possible because of a synergic understanding of the scope of the project, leveraging top tier technology for collaboration.
My role was pivotal for getting the ticket module available for all business verticals, allowing it to be adopted by many teams and customizing it to fit all known use cases.
