• Led full end-to-end redesign of the product UI, transforming an unstructured interface into a scalable, system-driven experience across dashboards, onboarding, studio, and campaign workflows.
• Designed the marketing website in Figma and developed it using Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, GSAP, and Framer Motion with performance and animation polish in mind.
• Rebuilt the frontend architecture from scratch, implementing reusable component systems and scalable layout patterns.
• Collaborated closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ship authenticated, data-driven product features.
• Improved onboarding with guided tours and structured UX flows to increase clarity and activation.
• Optimized performance through SSR-friendly patterns, lazy loading, shimmer states, and structured loading experiences.
• Worked with the founder and AI engineer on outreach and content-generation agents, contributing to prompt design and conversation flow improvements.
