Faith is an enthusiastic preacher of design changing the world. She is a believer of equitable design and regularly participates in equity conversations. When she is not killing her succulents with her poor gardening skills, she is trying to answer design problems with honest solutions.

Having helmed her design skills at highly prolific spatial design environments across various regions around the world, Faith has always been an integral part in pushing design boundaries in different creative spaces and disciplines wherever she goes. Her desire to speak through design took her from the vibrant city of Singapore to the oasis of Middle East, the Sultanate of Oman, challenging the environment with her radical ideas, and etching the Singapore brand of design into the cities of Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Her ventures and achievements were subsequently documented in an episode of Business Warriors, a feature documentary series produced by Channel News Asia. Previously worked as a publicist and marketeer in Singapore theatrical arthouses, Faith shows her versatility and adaptability to new ideas and challenges in her daring career switch and her subsequent accolades. 

Well-trained in design theory and research, Faith leads the conceptual developmental stage for the design team. During her consulting days for hospitality projects, she oversees the fine details of projects from conceptualization to project management, coordinating between the designers, clients and the production team. Nowadays, Faith spends her time dissecting corporate workplace design. As a believer of form following function, she often finds herself operating at the crossroads of beauty and practicality, having provide design consultative services in landscape and interior design areas to prestigious projects regionally. Having taught design at various levels across different countries, Faith sees herself as the conduit between the space and its user to conjure spatial kaleidoscopes with a personal touch. Her cats think otherwise.
