Led user experience research and design for a comprehensive, high school level, web-based multimedia textbook on Asian American and Pacific Islander Studies, from concept to implementation.

• Support design for Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare on the Industry Clouds and Solutions Studio team.

• Provided design services for a range enterprise and cloud support services in the Microsoft portfolio as part of the Customer Experience & Success team.

• Collaborated with product, engineering and client partners to define scope and align requirements of MVP e-commerce experience for General Motors.

• Created customer journeys, wireframes, low to high-fidelity mockups, and present solutions regularly with internal teams and external partners.
