Led the design strategies, user researches and interface designs for Automizely Review. By introducing the user-centered design method, I improved the key experience and user-engagement of our key features. We improved the same-day uninstallation rate for 85% YoY.

Owned and created a team-collaboration tool "The Design Playbook" for enhancing team communications and collaboration efficiency.

Led and contributed to AfterShip's v1.0 onboarding-experience design, user experience research and key features design. Won the company-wise Best Team Member Award and Peer Recommended Award for Q2 2021.
