• Managed end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple high-end interior build outs for leading clients;
• Acted as the primary conduit between clients, internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones and deadlines were consistently met.
• Proactively identified project risks, providing strategic input on cost control, and value engineering efforts to protect project budget and schedule.
• Led end-to-end space planning and construction project management for a variety of commercial office / campus buildouts for a variety of clients, ranged from 2000 - 750,000 SF.
• Led cross-functional teams, overseeing fee negotiation, change order reviews, and contract closeout to ensure project deliverables were met.
• Led technical coordination for large-scale projects (100,000 SF+), serving as the key liaison with city Permit Officers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Led through construction administration including site walks, submittal and RFI reviews.
