Conducted and documented research on the marketing strategies, competitor
website UX analysis, and success stories of competitor companies to help develop the
MVP for a new academic product for the company by identifying the opportunities in
the online education system.
Developed User flows using open and closed card sorting techniques.
Tested and defined complex user interactions.
Designed & developed company’s logo & design system for the brand.
Designed and authored impactful content for social media campaigns and
presentations that helped the company gain several national and international projects
like Chanel, New Look UK, Sky, Chalhoub, Rotork, Vodafone.

### Lead Product Designer @ Journeyz
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Jose, California, United States
The travel sector faces 80.8% of cart abandonment when compared to others leading to a loss of $1.78B every year.
Journeyz is an uber travel mentorship app built in React to bridge this gap.
Conducted user research leading to user journey &  persona identification.
Revamped the existing designs to create a more human-centric design.

Conducted interviews with the stakeholders of the company to understand the requirements.
Designed a responsive user interface for the company website.
Developed the company website using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP.

Evangelised the brand equity through multiple iterations to attain the desired results.

### Lead Product Designer @ Femigrants

Worked on the UX team from ground up to create a social media platform for profeesional immigrant women to support and uplift each other.
Collaborated with researchers and UX writers to create seamless and usable designs for the platform.
An ADA compliant website.
Designed a responsive  website by creating seamless user interfaces and digital assets from wireframes to hi-fi prototypes.
Present the user needs and thereby the design solutions to other designer & non-designer stakeholders.
Document and review designs to ensure that all the quality and requirement standards are met. 
Collaborate developers to bridge the gap between the design and development teams.

### UX/UI Designer @ Quick_Eats

Designed checkout solutions for placing an order at local grocery stores. 
As a solo designer, I was able to work end to end, and designed digital assets and interactive prototypes. 
Prepared paper prototypes for early testing.
Advocating for the user during the development process by subjecting the early design solutions to usability testing and thereby suggesting new ideas for implementation from a user’s perspective.
Shared solutions with the stakeholders first as sketches and/or paper prototypes & after iterations delivered the final interactive prototypes within the deadline. 
Created visually delightful app icons and a pattern library.
