Serving as one of the primary owners driving next-generation serverless orchestration systems at Amazon, focused on building large-scale distributed infrastructure that enables dynamic global placement, function-level mobility, and low-latency execution. Developed a local testing framework that unified five production services into a single emulated environment for end-to-end validation, including an isolated class-loading system for engine-level and runtime-level testing. Built an agentic ai workflow to automate recurring API contract changes using Langgraph and contributed to evolving Amazon’s orchestration platform to support modular integration with emerging AI agent frameworks such as AWS Strands. Focusing on helping AI solutions become more durable and execute better at scale.

Spearheaded the release of Amazon Q Chat in Visual Studio 2022 within the Amazon Toolkit, delivering multiple features such as theming, prerequisite installation handling, bug fixing, authentication handling, and integration with a custom Language Server Protocol.
Developed comprehensive AWS Cloudwatch dashboards, providing senior leadership with actionable insights into Q Apps product usage by over 2,000+ weekly active users through YTD and monthly metrics. Additionally, created service level metrics for various services, including latency, LLM token counts, LLM token costs, API usage, and API downtime.
Took ownership of integrating DataHub for the Amazon Q Chat LLM proxy service, collaborating cross-functionally to define and document required schemas for data storage. Managed parallelizing LLM input and output while ensuring concurrency for data storage in DataHub and LLM data in transit.
Architected and implemented a stale data clean-up solution for Generative AI suggestions, utilizing AWS Lambda for data retrieval, AWS DynamoDB for tracking stale data, and AWS Lambda triggered by an Eventbridge rule for timely deletion of stale data from the service.
Developed a pub-sub model using AWS Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK), creating Typescript and Java Lambdas as subscribers for user interactions with Amazon Honeycode, enabling event distribution to adjacent backend services.
Owned a Tier 1 backend service, handling instantiation of service-specific user components. Developed several GraphQL APIs and underlying resolver AWS Lambdas, enabling front-end services to call the service. Managed cross-team communication to ensure component schemas were accessible through the service.
Handled over 100+ primary on-call tickets for multiple services, resolving both customer and service-related issues with efficiency and professionalism

Built a new internal global web application that helped over 1000 sales and delivery team members to gain instant access to customer data about their transition plans to S/4HANA systems via a centralized platform
Took a leadership role to manage the project deliverables, run weekly status meetings, and providing regular demos to leadership and broader team of 30+ members to gain feedback
As a key requirement integrated the web application with S/4HANA database, HANA XS, and oData service to store and retrieve customer information

Implemented SAML 2.0 SSO to maintain internal security and streamline user access to the application and meet corporate security compliance
