At TopFlight, I work as a Product Designer & Manager at the intersection of experimentation, AI, and product delivery.

In this role I design, build and steward Kera’s products from fuzzy idea to stable reality. I sit at the overlap of product design, product management and governance, translating early concepts into clear specs, journeys and success criteria that engineering can ship against. I balance craft, constraints and KPIs so what ships is coherent, safe and accountable.

In this role I led product discovery and end to end design for Kera’s first healthcare platforms.

I partnered with the founders to shape the product vision, translate complex care workflows into simple flows and ship usable tools for operations.

My work covered user research, journey mapping, prototyping and production ready UI in Figma, while collaborating closely with engineering and data to prioritize and measure impact. I also established early design systems and guidelines and helped scale Kera from set of experiments to finding PMF.

At V35, I played a pivotal role in empowering local startups by providing essential design and branding services for a nominal fee. My focus was on delivering tailored product strategies that helped these businesses establish a strong market presence. By working closely with each startup, I ensured that their unique needs were met, fostering innovation and creativity in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
