Launched a mobile network troubleshooter that proposes solutions and streamlines support contacts; 30k users/month.

AI Dubbing (Google Research)

Designed for an human-in-the-loop AI tool that scales video dubbing. Led UX for Source Transcript Editing & Granular Pronunciation Control.

Travel: Hotel Search

Spearheaded a design vision for streamlining the hotel research process through saving, comparing and sharing; anchored the team’s long-term direction.

Launched hotel features on Google Maps, including hover cards, search filters, neighborhood insights, and exploration modules; +7% Hotels revenue.
