• Upgraded from SKAN 3.0 to SKAN 4.0 configuration page to support both Coarse Value and Fine value Mapping
• Led the design and implementation of a comprehensive data pipeline and RPC endpoints to validate, aggregate and surface the latest App signal related issues from a 7-day batch event window from 6 source tables, directly integrating these insights into the TTEM App diagnosis tab to drive signal optimization and actionable intelligence
• Designed and implemented a new data pipeline to validate and aggregate across four different data centers to support the transition of Pre-SAN apps to SAN for advertiser through banner outreaching, ad group creation restrictions.
• Designed and implemented RPC endpoints supporting TikTok OpenAPI, enabling MMPs to send device ID and app events via /SAN endpoint for TikTok attribution, eliminating the need for MMP trackers and contributing to a strategic ad campaign that optimized a total ad spend of 1 million USD.
• Led the development of a pop-up manager to solve overlapping issues and manage pop-up priorities using a custom SDK with Hooks, Priority Queue, and Mutation Observer for state propagation across components, enabling centralized dynamic pop-up priority adjustments.
• Led in the Message Center Redesign, utilizing Redux and Rematch for unread message state management, and implemented Deep Linking for message click redirection, optimized API calls which resulted in a 70% reduction in back-end system load, a 10% point increase in penetration rate and over 300% increase in exposure rate.
• Integrated a ticketing and live chat module into the educational component, which doubled its exposure rate by 100% and tripled the click-through rate by 200%, effectively addressing the longstanding pain point of users struggling to find customer service support.
