We explored the edges of the product in order to build an appealing solution that we tested and launched. The work we accomplished on Udemy Pro prepared the ground for a bigger 3-year plan involving the entire company. Udemy for Business trial experiments As Lead Product Designer of Growth, I explored many different solutions to help our customers evaluate if Udemy is the right choice for their learning needs. And as the second designer of this young project, I work daily to define our new processes, I help in the hiring process for new designers and also exploring solutions to help employees get new skills. Projects: Group Admin - a way to help L&D professionals to delegate the ability to drive learn across the company. Udemy Rebrand - I worked as one of the 3 lead designers responsible to apply the new brand guidelines on the old website and prepare the style-guide for future and stronger changes. ### Senior UI/UX Designer @ Globo Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | Rio de Janeiro e Região, Brasil Globo Playkit I had the privilege of building the initial style guide for Globo Playkit during a turning point as Globo entered the world of online streaming. The framework of this style guide became the core of all video-based products including GloboPlay, GlobosatPlay, CombatePlay, PremierePlay and others. Globo.com Redesign This news portal is the most visited landing page in Brazil, with billions of views every year. During this project we built a leaner solution by reducing the load time to 4s, making it the fastest home page in the market at that time. We also gave Globo.com a complete facelift while still keeping the visual design language which had been used for years. This was achieved without breaking any editorial processes or partnerships with affiliate portals. Techtudo Brandbook A great foundation for the Tone of Voice for the biggest technology news portal in Brazil at that time. It involved a process to define a solution from the archetypes, photography art direction, to a jingle for the video's intros. ### UI/UX Designer @ Globo Jan 2011 – Jan 2014 | Rio de Janeiro e Região, Brasil Projects: Globoesporte Live Transmission - a project made with many hands involving more than 6 designers, and the most important solution for the 2014 Fifa World Cup. The same framework for this solution still online and being optimized by the current team. Globoesporte score table - one of the most accessed pages on Globoesporte, the score table redesign was the first responsive solution for this type of content in Brazil. One of the highlights at 2014 Fifa World Cup. Futpedia - A big data-visualization website, where fans were able to compare more than a hundred years of history on the Brazilian soccer. ### User Interface Designer @ Luccaco *be digital Jan 2010 – Jan 2011 | Curitiba e Região, Brasil At Luccaco I was able to work on many good projects for non-profit organizations related to United Nations, between all these projects I like to highlight the UNFPA Redesign, the United Nations Intranet, and the UN 7 Billion People landing page.
