Jan 2024 – Present | New York, United States • Redesigned a complex no-code workflow automation tool for scientists, 5Xing the number of workflows automated in the tool and 4Xing monthly active users. • Designed and delivered software support for new hardware module that lead to $1M+ in module sales. • Lead initiative to implement digital analytics tracking across the Opentrons software. Built internal data dashboards used by 3 departments and executive leadership to track user behavior and inform decisions. ### Product Designer @ Opentrons Labworks Inc.
