* Managed a global team of 16+ engineers, leading the core design and implementation of Oracle in-memory computation solver engine for Value-chain planning enterprise applications.
* Redesigned and Re-architect the division flagship product (Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning) for Cloud/SaaS deployment from C++ to Java and Web Service to dramatically reduce the implementation cycle and improve customer’s ROI.
* Designed and developed core optimization algorithms and tools applied to various problem domains, such as goal programming, linear and mixed-integer programming, greedy heuristics, resource allocation, and propagation heuristics, etc.
* Developed a novel approach to planning millions of SKUs by using distributed computational resources to reduce 80% optimization time and memory usage, both in regard to solver logic as well as distributed application design.
