• Built a custom dynamic Web-based Document management system for Capital Programs & Construction division at SFMTA. The Django Web Application system organizes files dynamically, is very user-friendly, and is capable of filtering through hundreds of thousands of documents (dating back to 1904) in seconds. Designed and Implemented a REST API using Django and created two custom front end web interfaces per specification. This way other branches of the government, for example, DPW could interface with my API and be able to query documents in their applications. Documents were to be automatically converted to multiple compatible file types for long term storage and security. The app included custom Functionality including rotating images, resizing images, full-screen mode, panning, and dynamically finding and zooming to the title block. All which also had hotkeys
