• Led the infrastructure team supporting chegg.com, with a focus on improving CI/CD pipeline stability and speed.
• Led roadmap planning, tracked progress towards goals, gave weekly reports to management and directors.

• Tech lead of the team of front end engineers launching new features, experiments, and rapid iteration on high visibility flow/pages on chegg.com.
• Founded the "Pipeline Heroes"; a cross team alliance of CI/CD experts who triage and assist with keeping the CI/CD pipeline running.
• Led working group across all US teams (10+) to improve, standardize, and streamline the SWE interview process.
• Wrote the questions and process for front-end interviews and trained over a dozen engineers to conduct interviews.

• Led an alliance of 3 teams to rewrite Chegg.com with new improved UX, branding, and tech stack.

• Lead team of FE engineers to deliver products/features resulting in ~700% revenue growth for our product area, vastly exceeding revenue goals, and maintaining technical stability during rapid ~800% growth in product usage.
