• Led the infrastructure team supporting chegg.com, with a focus on improving CI/CD pipeline stability and speed.

• Founded the "Pipeline Heroes"; a cross team alliance of CI/CD experts who triage and assist with keeping the CI/CD pipeline running.
• Led working group across all US teams (10+) to improve, standardize, and streamline the SWE interview process.
• Wrote the questions and process for front-end interviews and trained over a dozen engineers to conduct interviews.

• Led an alliance of 3 teams to rewrite Chegg.com with new improved UX, branding, and tech stack.
