I’m currently driving an initiative to modernize and completely revamp the storage and API layers of Exchange Online Directory, which is needed to allow us to continue to scale and support future features across the Microsoft 365 platform. I talk to partner teams to understand customer scenarios and synthesize requirements for our new Directory platform, ensuring that we're building a platform product that enables these partner teams to delight our customers.
I also own the Directory Relocation and Dynamic Distribution Groups features for Exchange Online Directory, driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer engagement. Directory Relocation is critical for capacity management and ensuring compliance with customer data residency requirements, while Dynamic Distribution Groups enable customers to collaborate more effectively by defining group membership through flexible rule-based criteria.
I’ve also worked on fraud and abuse prevention efforts, developing enforcement strategies for object count limits to protect Exchange Online Directory features from misuse.
