•The project aimed at creating a system that would entail the user to have an aggregated view of all projects under a single umbrella. This was especially useful for tracking the lifecycle of multiple projects in different stages of the development owned by a single group/entity.
•I worked on developing the Multi-Level Approval logic which enables hierarchical level approval for a project. The hierarchy is based on the approver’s budget.
•For Hannaford subscriber, we were faced with a tight deadline, Paired up with our tech lead to complete the core program features within 6 weeks. The project was delivered successfully with no issues.
•I took the lead in investigating the performance lag on the project's module page due to graph QL and migrated most of the core user pages to REST based api. This also involved plumbing on the redux (caching) to make subsequent loads faster and reduce unnecessary network calls .
stat: As part of the effort , we were able to reduce page load times on an average from 21s --> 2s.
•This project involved multiple teams and I coordinated with teams from NYC, Minsk on day to day basis during the design and development phase.
•Provide technical leadership and take ownership of the new feature design review, development, and testing.
•I implemented the complete / cancel functionality in project's module end to end without requiring any additional resources.
•The project was built on C#, React and MSSQL server.
•I worked closely with other developers, product owners, UX to design and implement the feature as expected within the deadline.
