# Florencia Zanetta > Software Engineer at Temporal Technologies Location: Menlo Park, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/florenciazanetta My roots are Linux and Python and I believe in Open Source as a way to extend the knowledge and generate successful business. I specialize in all aspects of running highly performant critical services. I think it's extremely important to build relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand what their expectations are and how the service can better address their needs. I'm always looking at how the service needs to grow to be more performant and handle high traffic efficiently. Traceability of requests and exceptions is something I'm passionate about, to have all the information necessary to know how the service is performing at all times and be able to detect problems and react quickly and support making better informed decisions through data. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Temporal Technologies Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area ### Production Engineer @ Meta Jan 2016 – Jan 2023 | Menlo Park ### Senior Software Developer @ Digital Global Systems Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 Team lead and primary point of contact for the client.
