I think it's extremely important to build relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand what their expectations are and how the service can better address their needs. 

I'm always looking at how the service needs to grow to be more performant and handle high traffic efficiently.

Traceability of requests and exceptions is something I'm passionate about, to have all the information necessary to know how the service is performing at all times and be able to detect problems and react quickly and support making better informed decisions through data.

I took the Q1313 and Q1314 when I started at the company which are about AIX 5.3, first essentials and then administration.
Later I was given the opportunity to take more courses regarding AIX VIO and HMC, as well as a bit of HACMP. I took several courses about this, and I really enjoyed it.

I used the experience gained on this courses to perform AIX installations, upgrades, Cluster Tests and Disaster Recovery Exercises. Going though this challenges was very exciting and the troubleshooting is always a good way to learn things, putting into practice what I had learned.

Now I'm focusing on learning more about Linux, specially from the Debian family and my next goal is Solaris.
