Leveraging the company’s rich motorcycling legacy, I led a full rebrand to modernize the visual language, retail / YouTube set environment, and apparel design. I collaborated with external vendors to develop a new identity system and related digital assets, including building signage, motion graphics, illustrations, and apparel. I collaborated with the CEO on the redesign of the website and e-commerce platform and created motion graphics, iconography, and navigation elements. I provided art direction and managed resources to produce all-new photo and video assets for the website and social media.
• Designed and built out a 15,000sq.ft. retail space (all aspects: floor plan design, service design, wayfinding, custom fixtures, signage, customer flows, loss prevention solutions)
• Generated a 33% conversion boost for the website and commerce platform redesign
• Activated a 12x increase in YouTube viewership
