I provided customer support by phone and email for account set up, product expertise, and general account questions. I trained and managed branch managers in every aspect of running a business, from marketing for leads, closing the job, and then production management. My team had sales of over $250,000.00 for the summer. A large part of the training revolved around helping my managers learn how to successfully grow a company from the ground up. Together, we hired and trained over 50 employees and completed over 100 jobs.
