I took the concept from ideation to launch by designing the entire mobile app, assembling and leading a dedicated team, and executing a comprehensive development strategy. I personally conducted outreach to mosques, successfully onboarding them to register on the platform for donation collection. In addition to the mobile app, I built an engaging website and developed a portal that empowered mosques to manage their profiles, update prayer times, and share community announcements.
