I spearhead the entire design process-- UX research, design and implementation for our iOS, Android and Web platforms, and work closely with our CEO, developers, marketing team and PM. Right upon joining the company, I created a secondary iOS app from the ground up for a subset of our users in collaboration with another designer and a team of developers. I conducted over 60 user interviews and user tests during this period to help us understand our users and how to optimize our product for them and their children. I also work closely with our marketing team to design new campaigns, including emails, posters, enterprise-facing landing pages and other promotional content, leading to 794 leads and over 58,245 new users in my first 6 months.
