Utilized Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Stimulus, and Tailwind CSS. Engineered and launched features as part of our core procurement product offering team. Developed admin functions to empower the Support team to manage customer data directly from the UI to increase operational efficiency. Led the Engineering team's technical book club.

Investigated and resolved bugs across all product areas as part of the Rapid Response team. Ran scripts to update customer data on production. Developed and deployed high-impact features, both independently and as part of a team, including a notification center, a service to deactivate customer organizations, and bulk edit functionality on indexes. Implemented Test-Driven Development (TDD) using RSpec and Capybara to ensure robust and maintainable code.

Prepared daily lesson plans, presented course material to students, graded student writing assignments, and provided assistance to students via email and during office hours.

Assisted individual students across academic disciplines on a variety of writing assignments and provided SAT preparation assistance in partnership with the College of Education.
