Designing intuitive, user-focused experiences for Minuba’s system.

Developing a deep understanding of customer needs through interviews and workshops, and translating insights into clear user flows and journey maps. Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Sketch, while conducting usability and A/B testing to validate design decisions. Collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and a consistent user experience across the platform.

Supported the design team in creating user-centered solutions through research, wireframing, and prototyping. Conducted usability testing and assisted in maintaining the company’s design system.

Conducting user research and transforming insights into user flows and that reflect user needs, behaviors, and touchpoints. Designing mockups, and prototypes while continuously testing usability and performing A/B testing to refine the experience.

Agile project management: Efficient project planning, sprint management, and design using the Scrum methodology. Facilitating daily stand-up meetings with the development team, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and continuous improvement throughout the development process.
