Remote
In order to improve Rex's mobile app prototype, web app, and chrome extension and build an understanding of its users and their digital habits, I led and conducted research with approximately 21 users across two different audience segments, Gen-Zs and Millennials.
I used a variety of research methods, including in-person interviews, remote user testing, affinity mapping, heuristic evaluation of current prototypes, site audits, analytics reviews to synthesize these results into personas, user flows, task flows, journey maps, and I concisely made recommendations for improvements to the CEO.
