Developed a cli to automate the build and deployment of its different parts using the Serverless Framework with Amazon Web Services which run most of them in parallel to greatly reduce the build process from 50 minutes down to 12 minutes.

Standardized the team's branching and merging process of code versioning with a Continuous Integration model and, in order to mitigate the increase in complexity, developed a tool to wrap the versioning commands and execute them in the expected sequence.

Taking advantage of the new standardized model, developed a tool to automate the software packaging, reducing from hours to seconds what used to be a manual set of tasks easily prone to errors into a fast and reliable process.
