# Frank Barnhardt > Lead UX & Product Designer | High skill, zero drama Location: Fairfax, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/frankbarnhardt Hi, Iโ€™m Frank. I'm a Product Design leader with 15+ years of end-to-end ownership across logistics, telecom, and finance. I work AI-natively, using AI-assisted workflows to move faster from stakeholder workshop to working prototype, and design systems, flows, and frameworks that teams build on, including agentic and human-in-the-loop experiences. In practice that looks like: Miro for system mapping, Claude for UX interrogation, Lovable for rapid prototyping, Cursor for production handoff. AI isn't a step in my process. It's the connective tissue. I believe great product design isn't about screens. It's about clarity. Here are three principles that guide my work: ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐—œ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ ๐——๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† I donโ€™t see data-heavy workflows, legacy systems, or ambiguous requirements as problems. When approached thoughtfully, they reveal where design can drive clarity and value. ๐——๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป ๐— ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ Dashboards, insights, AI assistants, and summaries are more than features โ€” they shape how people make decisions. Without clear visibility, confident action is impossible. ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜† ๐—ข๐—ป๐—น๐˜† ๐— ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—œ๐—ณ ๐—œ๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€ I bridge vision and execution by aligning stakeholders, shaping systems, and turning complex ideas into build-ready solutions. When Iโ€™m not sketching solutions or refining interactions, youโ€™ll find me painting, playing guitar, or spending time with my family here in Northern California. Iโ€™m driven by curiosity, creativity, and a focus on making complex experiences feel simple. ## Work Experience ### Lead UX / Product Designer @ Amdocs Studios (formerly Stellar Elements) Jan 2021 โ€“ Jan 2026 | San Francisco Bay Area Led UX and product design engagements for enterprise clients across logistics, telecom, finance, and learning platforms.
