Hi, I’m Frank Scagluso — a Software Engineer at Rokt and a recent Boston College graduate with degrees in Applied Physics and Computer Science. At Rokt, I build and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that power personalized e-commerce experiences. Previously, I conducted research under Dr. Xiao Chen, investigating quantum algorithms and simulating quantum computers. This work culminated in my senior capstone project, where I developed a software framework that integrates machine learning models with quantum computing platforms using Qiskit.
