After leaving my previous position, I decided to spend a couple of months off work in order to re-fuel, re-focus, reflect, revisit and adjust my priorities, personal development goals, values, and perspectives.
I spent quality time with my family and friends, and took the time to find a new position that really suited my new goals and perspectives: Design leadership in the context of long-term digital product development, strategic design management, team building and leadership, and building a user-centric design culture.
