### Interim Lead UX designer @ GameAnalytics

GameAnalytics is one of the world's most trusted analytics tools for mobile games developers: from a small indie dev to a billion download high publishers.

During my time GameAnalytics, I've worked on:

› Organised, designed and documented a design system to increase the consistency in the user experience and speed up design and frontend implementation.
› Delivering features from discovery and research to final designs and product specifications.
› Scheduled and conducted regular interviews with our users.
› Prototyped features in Figma and React to test solutions internally and externally, including different forms of data visualisation with different libraries.
› Took the role as a product lead for several projects with cross functional teams consisting of data scientists, engineers, frontend developers and marketeers.
› Acted as a mentor to the other designers in the team.

### Co-founder & CPO @ Typelane

Typelane is a tool that helps HR representatives create a personal and engaging employee onboarding while automating its tasks and coordination.

As a co-founder, I got the chance to wear many hats and learn many things;

› Worked with rapid prototyping, facilitated customer workshops and user testing.
› Worked with recruitment and team development.
› Worked with the frontend development of our interfaces.
