Diabetes Education App
• Led the end-to-end design process of an App that helps diabetes kids' families
get better diabetes management, reaching a 95% satisfaction rate.
• Designed, prototyped, and iterated product solutions based on user insights
to find a balance between the user, business, and technical needs.
• Conducted 3 rounds of user testing using clickable prototypes. Increased the
success rate of insulin dosing counting.
• Conducted AARRR analysis and created success metrics for user activity in
Pendo.io to support design improvement after launching.
