I am responsible for design and implemented scalable design solutions that allow me to reduce workflow on multiple customer projects at DuoLupo. I specialize in taking early-stage concepts and turning them into high-impact, user-focused concepts that can be scaled in high performance at scale. With real-time prototyping and user testing I enable cross-functional teams to validate decisions from the outset, minimize misalignment and deliver products that meet the needs of the market and stakeholders. This position allows me to pair UX strategy with full-stack development to connect creative vision and delivery velocity—minimizing turnaround times while maximizing cross-organisational collaboration.

1:1 mentoring of UX/UI Students across multiple Design Programs

At Immersa, I built and led the design practice for a fast-moving AI/Data intelligence platform. The real challenge was turning complex data processes into user-friendly user experiences by bringing together engineering, product and business teams around a shared vision. To address that, I set up automation workflows that transformed vague concepts into workable prototypes. Through real-time feedback loops and continuous prototypes, I improved collaboration across three departments, and developed a repeatable, efficient design-to-launch process.

Enlitic’s goal of bringing AI into medical imaging required accuracy, organization, and deep cross-disciplinary collaboration. I worked with product and platform managers to define UX specifications for high-stakes, regulated healthcare applications. I led the documentation and alignment process which led to a reduction of review time by 25%. I was instrumental in leading design system modernization change management efforts, and allowed the team to recoup hours of weekly efficiency across the milestones ensuring accuracy and compliance.

At Groundtruth, I drove UX strategy for a number of enterprise products and drove the firm’s design maturity from a tactical execution to a strategic leadership direction. As UX Manager, I brought in agile specifications that increased buy-in and Product Management productivity by 20%.
