Backed by A16z and CMFG Ventures. ### Product Design Director @ Opendoor Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco, California, United States Co-led strategy and reorg for 60+ people in the Engineering, Product and Design org. Spun up a data quality team and established new design org in India, hiring 3 designers. Led overhaul of our design system. Drove effort to weave AI into our real estate tools including Intelligent Document Processing and Computer Vision for home intelligence gathering. As a result we saw positive contribution margins in a down market. ### Senior Product Design Manager @ Opendoor Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area Scaled team from 4 to 9. Shipped a homegrown CRM system, a home renovation platform and a Trust & Safety monitoring system. This allowed Opendoor to keep up with fast-growing volume. These services unlocked 60% of Opendoor’s target contribution margins. ### Product Design Manager @ Opendoor Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area Drove early research and a vision to scale real estate operations through unifying processes and software. Turned Power Editor into the tool of choice for professional advertisers. Company grew ad revenue from $4B to $55B in that period. • Piloted recruitment program for underrepresented populations, including co-designing curriculum, teaching classes and preparing undergraduates at non-feeder schools for inclusion in Meta internships.
