I was on their R&D department that was based out of Seattle. The department was short lived and dismantled.

Tune was acquired in May 2020 and let go of more than half the company, myself included.

I worked with product management to write concrete user stories. I met with customers, ran user interviews, and made prototypes based on that. I also ran usability studies around previous parts of the product and used that information to make existing products more intuitive & user friendly.

I built our design system, fixed previously implemented UX issues & designed new features. I helped create product requirements & fleshed out user stories. I promoted design, created mockups, and end-to-end prototypes.

On top of my previous duties, I worked with product management to create requirements, worked with multiple SCRUM teams, & fully managed my design team’s timeframes. I built & maintained ServiceNow’s icon library (400+ icons). I ran the UX team’s intern process & onboarded new designers (40+). I worked with the Design System team to create scalable components for our enterprise company. I also designed our products to be accessible and helped to teach how to design accessible products to other designers.

I worked with product management to find the root cause of our users’ problems. I then solved & prototyped them. Following design approval, I worked with engineering to keep the implementation matching the approved designs.

I created assets for our sales teams. This included online ads, postcards, brochures, and posters. I also redesigned their website & internal portal.

I spoke with customers to gather requirements for their business needs. Based off that, I would design, develop, QA, and maintain their websites.
