Tune was acquired in May 2020 and let go of more than half the company, myself included.

I worked with product management to write concrete user stories. I met with customers, ran user interviews, and made prototypes based on that. I also ran usability studies around previous parts of the product and used that information to make existing products more intuitive & user friendly.

On top of my previous duties, I worked with product management to create requirements, worked with multiple SCRUM teams, & fully managed my design team’s timeframes. I built & maintained ServiceNow’s icon library (400+ icons). I ran the UX team’s intern process & onboarded new designers (40+). I worked with the Design System team to create scalable components for our enterprise company. I also designed our products to be accessible and helped to teach how to design accessible products to other designers.
