Inovled in Satellite Ground Station operations using different type of Satellite SCPC equipment (i.e. Comtech, Newtec, Paradise and Others) and VSAT platforms (i.e. Gilat Sky Edge I & II, iDirect and Newtec and

• Support VOD and SVOD workflows for Istream planet

• Coordinate vendor and service management with various entities such as Sencore, Commscope, and Evertz.

• Assess outages and failures to implement strategies for stabilizing systems.

• Supported earth station (Lower and Middle) operations by conducting routine diagnostics, maintaining uptime, and coordinating with teleport teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• Perform root cause analysis on video compression systems and implemented effective resolutions.

• Planning and implementing projects to improve risk management and the overall efficiency

of the teleport.

• Testing, integration, and maintain technologies to ensure 99.99% availability.

• Use many different programs to work with equipment remotely, such as

Crystal.

• Provide network restoral, PMIs, installations, and documentation on equipment used at the

teleport.
