Welcome to my corner of the universe! My name's Gabe, and I'm characterized by science and fiction. My current project involves finding wrinkles in diverse data. ### Undergraduate Researcher @ Caltech

I worked in the observational cosmology division of the astronomy department at Caltech, doing research on the BetaCage, an ultra-sensitive screener for surface contamination.  In general, the BetaCage project seeks to help dark-matter searches find candidate particles instead of electrons.  In particular, I investigated variation in signal pulse shaping across variation in contamination source location.
