Driving the strategy and experience design of our onboarding, from qualitative research and vibe coding through to cross‑functional alignment. I partner with People, Product, and teams across the org to uncover and remove friction from before a new joiner’s first day through their first 60–90 days, translating those findings into simpler, more supportive experiences for new joiners.
Beyond the core work, I serve as an AI champion, helping teams explore and adopt practical AI use cases, and a mentor, supporting peers through guidance, feedback, and knowledge-sharing to grow design craft and confidence.
