• Responsibilities: Review of Contractor Payment & Payment Package for Client, Change Order Packages & All Required Documentation, Project Meeting Coordination, Creating Meeting Agendas & Minutes, Leading JMPs and Meetings As Needed, RFIs & Submittals Including Discussions with Design Teams & Disposition Review, Creating General Order Work Packages and Piggyback Packages, Processing & Creating Requests (Flagging, Comm Room Access, etc.), Updating Project Status Reports & Quarterly KPI Information, Assists in Verifying Schedule Information, General Record Keeping, Lots of Coordination, etc.

• Office Engineer of this Project, CCM Team, working directly with Resident Engineer

Contract C-52141, 1 Furnishing and Installing Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at the 59th Street Columbus Circle Station Complex (A&B Divisions) in the Borough of Manhattan.

• Assumed the Office Engineer role after substantial completion, responsible for Closeout Package and Payments.
