I led the design of our hotel booking experience from the ground up, delivering an end-to-end solution that validated a critical business initiative. I worked closely with engineering, product and leadership teams to drive growth in our website authoring platform and wedding registry products.

I led the end-to-end design of our AI digital human authoring platform and conversational interaction model. This role also allowed me to work closely with R&D teams to turn cutting-edge research into features that drove customer adoption and business growth.
