I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a triple major in Computer Science, Asian Studies, and Applied Math, also achieving honors in Computer Science. In terms of experience, I have interned at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory on the Mars Rover that was launched in July 2020. I worked on simulation software that simulates how the rover moves on Mars. In 2019, I interned at Vanguard, the world's second largest investment manager, working on building new cloud platforms on AWS for traders and analyzing system health. I am also co-president of VandyHacks, the hackathon organization at Vanderbilt, write curriculum and teach for a Y-Combinator education startup, Juni Learning, and am a TA for Algorithms at Vanderbilt. I love languages, investing, cooking, and empowering people to learn and create. In terms of social good, I work towards access and freedom of education, support and mentorship of diverse people, particularly the LGBTQ+ community. I co-founded Out in Engineering at Vanderbilt. I am heavily involved with VandyHacks and Juni Learning to make the CS community more accessible so anyone may build and continuously iterate on their dreams.
