Most recently, my startup began as a low-code/no-code communication platform (“Webflow for Slack/Zoom”) for community builders looking for more meaningful ways to connect online. We later pivoted into the crypto space focusing on building tooling for crypto communities (“DAOs”). Prior, I was a Software Engineer at Airbnb for nearly 4 years. My first 2.5 years I worked primarily on tough product problems on the Host Success team which owned host tooling, reviews, standards, the Superhost program, and the like. We owned everything from host tooling, reviews, standards, the Superhost program, and the like. Anything and everything that supports and up-levels Airbnb’s supply side. During my time on the team, I worked across the stack and across products but gravitated toward frontend development working closely with product, design, data science, and research to ideate and create the best solutions for our hosts.
