As one of the first hires for 3rdi Technologies, I worked as an Account Manager to not only manage an existing project with multiple companies from a previous government contract bid but aided in securing new government and private contract job-order bids. As a certified Procore partner, 3rdi Tech. pitched to new small to mid-sized business accounts as a project manager partner for government construction bids. I regularly participated in outbound calls to find new bids for 3rdi Tech. as its account manager while tracking, measuring and scheduling the progress of the previously secured project bid. Well versed in building relationships across internal and cross-functional teams to consolidate communications. My responsibilities include:
> Supported existing project throughout the tracking process towards quarterly goals, served as the secondary point of contact for issue resolution and navigated timelines and milestones
> Experienced in selling on technical products such as Procore to non-technical audiences such as companies to help understand how partnering with 3rdi Tech. would streamline efficiency for tracking project progress
> Built compelling narratives and utilized storytelling as an outbound engagement strategy for multiple levels of stakeholders which included executive stakeholders.
