• Own Strategy, Product Roadmap and Product Development for Money Movement features( Wires, BillPay, Invoicing) for Small Business Bank

• Developed an API to connect bank transaction data with 3rd party softwares

• Set up the Innovations team for Small Business Bank. Developed and owned the roadmap for the team. Developed an MVP that simplifies bank statement reconciliation process for Small Business customer. Using customer centric and design thinking approach created and validated a product that captures the purpose of a debit card transaction at the point-of-sale via 2 way text messages with card user and tags it against the actual transaction in the servicing platform.

• Developed the strategy for sharing Small Business Bank customers transactions data with external accounting softwares like Quick Books and Xero. Defined the Specs to create the API to share data using oAuth token

• Laid the foundation for tracking and optimizing of digital application funnel application by developing an analytical database that logs API responses in the process flows.

• Worked with the Engineering and Design to re-design and launch the UI for digital application form for deposit products
