Responsibilities:- Worked with the stakeholders on capturing the present state and the future state of the online onboarding experience. Created user stories for the sprint and the product backlog. Created screen mockups and process flows to communicate the requirement to the developers and testers Worked with the development and QA teams to communicate the requirement. Created UAT plan and managed the UAT ### Business Process Analyst @ Bank of the West Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Ramon, California, United States Worked on defining the high-level requirements for the Onboarding and Recertification process for the KYC Ops team. Created wire flows for the different KYC Ops processes using MS Visio. Gathered business requirements and converted them into technical specifications such as User stories and screen mockups to convey the requirement to the development team. Worked with the QA teams to make sure the requirements are understood and thoroughly tested. My role involved gathering high level requirements for the Project, creating the BRD, FSD and the final spreadsheet that drives the UI behavior of the website, designing various templates and forms used by the clients of the Financial Advisors having business on AssetMark Platform. Responsibilities:- As a part of the initial phase of gathering requirements from departments such as User Experience, Digital Content Management, Operations, Legal and Compliance and Advisor Services Group. Documented the AS-IS scenario and TO-BE scenario and did the GAP Analysis. Created BRD, User stories, wireflows and the final spreadsheet that drives the UI behavior around customer onboarding experience interview. Created templates as well as various forms in Adobe InDesign for the AssetMark Trust. Created and edited various static forms in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ran queries on MS SQL database to test the mapping of the fields on the forms for the automating stamping of the information entered by the financial advisors online. Worked closely with the Development team in communicating and clarifying the business requirements.
